Pirates Cove is now officially known as McAllister Park. The closest area to the bay, Berterre parking, used to be a private car park, but now there is a public car park on Anchorage Road.


Is Pirates Cove a real place? 

The pirate cove is well protected for the general public. Historical usage precedents leave the road open, even if there is a promised offer to devote land because open space will not be realized. And as for the beach, the actual sand is owned by the Port San Luis Harbor area.


How many Pirate Bays are there? 

It has slowly grown to more than 20 locations, from Bar Harbor, Maine to the north, Orlando, Florida to the south, and Rapid City, South Dakota to the west.


What was the name of the former Pirates Cove? 

Prior to the name "Pirates Cove," the restaurant was known as the Wallis Sands Restaurant. Even before that, the place was Wallis Sands Lifesaving Station. Currently it is a surf club.
